This week, we introduce and feature Warren O'Keeffe, the Support Services Manager for Tridant Pty Ltd. Tridant designs and implements highly specialised technology solutions optimised for planning, reporting & analytics and customer experience serving Public, Private and Government organisations throughout Asia Pacific. The Support Services Team provide a variety of roles from reactive support to a fully managed service, with teams based in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Philippines and South Africa. Warren has been with Trident for 5 years, starting as a Junior TM1 Developer and worked up to a management role
What ideas are you working on at the moment?
At the moment we are working on growing our offering to both our existing and future customers. We are doing this by looking at new ways of delivering our service offering, bringing on board the right people for the right job and working with our clients to ensure that we are able to meet their needs.
What do you enjoy most about the Spacecubed community?
The Spacecubed community has a great energy about it. With so many new start-ups, teams and people coming into the space, you cannot help but feel energised and excited as to what you are trying to achieve yourself. It is great to work in an environment where you can talk to someone about a topic that is completely unrelated to what you are working on, yet you can digest and take away their learnings and apply it to your job and life.
How did your startup journey begin?
Tridant was founded in 2007, and this year we celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We began designing and implementing solutions using IBM Cognos products, however since our beginnings we have expanded our portfolio to include products such as Tableau, Alteryx, Adaptive Insights and Anaplan. Also over this time we expanded from an office in Melbourne to teams in Adelaide, Perth, Sydney, Canberra, Hobart and Singapore. In 2011 we were ranked 58thin the BRW 100 FAST STARTERS LIST and improved on this in 2013 moving up the ranks to number 22.
Who would you like to connect with most?
We want to engage new customers, but at the same time nurture and grow the relationships we have with our existing customers and to be able to continue to deliver reliable and effective service.
Can you share with us a success story you've achieved during your time at Spacecubed?
For as long as I have been in Spacecubed I have been in my role as Support Services Manager. During this time we have expanded the number of customers that we work with as well as identify and execute new opportunities for those that have been with us since the beginning.
What do you hope to achieve in 2017?
I want Tridant support services to become the first destination when organisations begin to look for a support service that is dedicated to providing exceptional levels of service to ensure their ongoing success. We want to be able to expand our offering to different and new technologies and potentially look to expand our geographical footprint.
