As Former Executive Director of Google’s 30 Weeks, co-founder of the NYC Innovation Collective and CEO of Turquoise Consulting, Shana Dressler has not only an impressive resume but has added running an incubator for design entrepreneurs that Fast Company named as one of the World’s Top 10 Most Innovative Companies of 2015 in design to her portfolio, allowing Shana to support 100+ incubators, accelerators and innovation programs throughout New York. 

At the NYC Innovation Collective, Shana is working to shape and strengthen the innovation ecosystem through increased collaboration, transparency and access. In doing this, there’s a large focus on growth in brand recognition, as well as internal team growth, attending and hosting high-value events, and more. 

Widely recognised as the first person in New York to organise educational programming for social entrepreneurs and creatives interested in achieving both financial sustainability and measurable impact, she has dedicated a large portion of her energy to empowering creative professionals, entrepreneurs, and social change leaders to launch businesses and projects, build hardware and software products and create impact at scale.

To fill a notable gap in the lack of resources available, Shana co-created the Social Good Guides, a series of guides focused on the essential small-business skills that would-be changemakers need to know and an 8-week workshop called Social Good Startup: Idea to Launch.

Coming to Spacecubed as part of our Plus Eight Boosted Series, our community can enjoy access to Shana’s range of knowledge, as she shares both her passion and focus with those wishing to attend. Throughout a week of exclusive events, attendees can hear her stories as well as take away valuable insights and tricks of the trade to help their business grow and succeed in the global economy.

Beginning on October 28, the week of events will include a Fireside Chat on Scale and Impact, Strategy Session on Your Game Plan to Scale, various networking events and more, giving the community a rare opportunity to learn from one of New York's leading innovators.
